qifar29
I had to restore my computer, in which I saved all my LOR files on a flash drive. After I restored the computer, and installed the copy of the software, I tried to open up it, but it keeps giving me the following error "Error loading sequence, Unkown File Extension" All my files are saved in the Bak formatplease reply back in how I can open the back up files. Thanks
cmoore60
If the files have the .bak extension you need to rename and remove the .bak.Also make sure that if the files are the .las or .lms that the software did install correctly. If the extensions did not register in your system then you would get the same error.Chuck
iresq
Was your original work saved on the flash drive? If so, that is what you should try to open. Otherwise, as Chuck said, you will have to rename the sequences.
