Music keeps playing but sequence pauses

Ok so when I hit the play button the everything works but then the music will keep playing and the sequence pauses and then it will cauth up with the music and it might do it agaig. this has never happedned before and it doses it on my other seqenses.

Let me guess. Your doing this with the sequence editor, right?

Don't worry about this when you go to run the shows. The sequence editor in 1.5 is very memory intensive.

When running the shows via the control panel (show/schedule editor) you should have no problems. I ran my 80 channels with an old P2, and about 256MB ram, on Win2K.

If you click on the Play file up above, uncheck everything that has a check by it then try it. Also, adjust your animation screen to a smaller size. There are other tips in the LOR forum about which would be helpful also. But Don is correct, this won't effect the show. It's just frastrating to see it when do the sequencing.

I have the same problem when using my laptop but when I put them on my pc everything runs great. Sound like maybe more memory would work, because this problem sounds like a processer speed problem

You hit it right on the head.

I have a new Gateway laptop with a bigger processor than my home computer and with the laptop, I don't have a single delay. A huge difference for sure when playing back sequences with the animation screen.

Don, You are right I went back and played it on the sceudal editor and it was great .
