Genekarzin
Looknig for some help here. My display is not working! It has been raining for three days and my GFCI was popped so I turned off all of the lights, reset the breaker and opened the LOR hardware utility. I tried each individual light and nothing, the circuit did not pop, but the lights did not come on either. I then tried all of the lights and if I go above 50% the breaker pops (even though the lights are not on). If I try twinkle or shimmer the breaker pops (again the lights are not on). I replaced the fuses in the box and this still is not working. I checked the box and it does not appear that it is wet.Any ideas or suggestions? -klb-
Test the outlet with some other lighting load. Then test one of your strings of lights, with the outlet, then as the only thing connected to LOR... See if that helps isolate the issue.
Genekarzin
I removed the plugs from the controller and plugged them straight into the outlet and they work fine, it has to be something in the controller as that I cannot turn on anything even one at a time. Guest wbottomley
Is power getting to the board?Get a meter and do some checking. What's the red LED doing on the board?
Genekarzin
I am assuming that the LOR has power because the outlet has power, this being said the LED light is off. Why is this?
Guest wbottomley
Then you have no power to the board. You'll need a meter and start checking for voltage (AC) from the input cords to just past the fuse.
