Problem loading software(resolved)

I am loading from LOR cd version 1.5.0 on my laptop running windows xp sp2.
It starts to load and then asks to load new updates to my system that are out of date.

It then just asks to reboot to continue loading. It Does this over and over.

Any help would be great.
