System not starting correctly

Anyone:



Here is my issue, I have a LOR1602MP3, show starts at 5:30pm and ends at 11:00pm, using the simple show builder. Last night the show started and stop on the correct time and then around 12:00am the show started by itself, I had to unplug to get the system off. I formated the flash card today and put my show back onto the flash card using the simple show builder and set the time using the Hardware Utility program my computer time is correct. Does anyone know what to do?
