Kevin McQuarters
When attempting to load a .las animation sequence file to the supplied SD card, I get the following error. The file in question is 17kb."Error with sequence file: Overflow"I get this using the 2.6.0 Hardware Utility and the recent Simply Show builder. The card is formatted FAT and will accept a .lms musical file from the same directory without issue.Any ideas? Kevin McQuarters
After some trial & error..............las animation files refuse to load to the SD card with either the Hardware Utility or the Simple Show Builder. Tried multiple PC's and SD cards, different sequences etc. What does work consistently is .lms musical files. No fuss, no muss, no headaches. So the solution for my particular issue is to create a new .lms musical sequence, pull in an MP3 of the correct duration and set up my static show from there. Guest wbottomley
You're doing everything right.Upgrade to the latest firmware on the support page if newer is available.A work around... make a silent mp3 the length of your animation and turn it into a .lms. Kevin McQuarters
William,Thanks. Never thought to make a silent MP3.Main problem this season was........... Started too late, added too many channels.Got 11 months to work out the the 2010 show!!
Kevin McQuarters
BTWUpgraded all 4 boards to firmware 4.30 and still have hanging channels. Maybe have some hot/neutrals crossed. Will work it out off season.
-klb-
Do your .las files come from sequences with tracks? For some reason that I do not understand, .lms files with tracks can be used on the MP3 director, but .las files with tracks can not.
