LOR Controller panel

Just entered a show on builder which state to start show at LOR controller panel but does open . can anyone offer assitance?

So your LOR control does not open?

yes all programs/ LOR all are listed/ fist bulb is lor controler panel.

When you "right click" the LOR light bulb in the system tray on the computer ... have you clicked on "Enable Shows"? [it should be gray if you have]
