ken collins
Tonight, while running my show, I lost video's. not playing in sequence editor either. Checked preferences, and video enabled, set to full screen. Tried to re-load audio/video file, and still nothing. Anybody else have this problem, or have any idea? I'm using an s video hook-up. bob
Does the sequence play except for the video? For example, do the lights flash as you would expect, and the audio play as you expect?
ken collins
Thanks Bob, for getting back to me. All lights work, everything normal except just drop'd video's. Same problem you were helping rdebolt with last night. After the show last night, I disconnected everything and ran a sequence in the editor, and the video came on the computer screen, just like it always did. I'll do another test tonight, and get back to you I did not convert the video files yet, just want to see if it does the same thing.
ken collins
Have the same thing tonight. I shut down everything, unpluged everything, and re-boot'd. Tried running a video sequence with nothing attached, and the video does not play in the sequence editor.
bob
What format are the video files? And what file extensions?Could you please send me an affected video?Does the video show if you run the file directly in Windows Media Player instead of in Light-O-Rama? Consistently?Converting the file to a different format helped rdebolt (if I remember correctly). I think he converted it from MPEG to AVI.
