Firmware

I have been trying to up date the firmware on my CTB16D controller's with Blue board's they show ver 4.01 in them at this time every thing acts like it is loading with the status showing that it has starting load but there is no movement in the update progress bar i have updated my CTB16PC with no problems

Few questions come to mind:

• Are you loading the correct firmware?
• Do you only have one controller connected?

I down loaded the CTB16D_BLUE_4-30.lhx file but i have all my controller's hooked up do I need to only hook up one controller at a time to do the upgrade i was able to upgrade the CTB16PC with them all hooked up.

When updating firmware, I was told only hook up and update one at a time.

Ok doing one at a time worked for the CTB16D controllers thanks for all the help
