I have a newer Blackberry with a voice recorder program built in. I wanted to use Griswold saying "25000 imported italian twinkle lights. I dedicate this house to the Griswold family Christmas."I played the movie on my TV. I used my Blackberry voice recorder to record him saying this. I emailed it to my computer. I went online and got a free AMR to MP3 converter and converted it. Then all you have to do is sequence it.Mind you, the quality is not PERFECT, but its free and as long as it is a short voice recording, it should work. ThanksI don't think you're going to find very many free voice overs. Most people, including myself, who have the pipes for radio charge for their talent. However, if you have a microphone and a program like Audacity you can make your own. The key is to speak clearly while recording the announcement. Then you can easily use effects that change the pitch of your voice, for instance, and create all sorts of crazy-sounding things if you want. With Audacity, you can easily add another track with a music bed and with a little practice you can do editing that rivals the pros.
