Hardware Utility Working, but lights not working when program running

I have run the untility program and all of the boxes work. when I load up a show and schedule, the music is working, but no lights.......Need Help.....

Did you remember to map your channels in the sequence file to controllers?

Open your sequence(s) and check the channel property grid. Click on Tools --> Channel Property Grid.

Yes....The sequence property grid is correct. Like I mentioned in the last email, my hardware utility will engage the lights......I think that I may have figured it out.....I loaded up this LOR in a different computer during the summer and it is only running on DEMO mode.......I have to get with Dan and find out why my license failed to carry over......

All you have to do is enter the code.

Thats the problem.....I can not locate my code.........I will have to try LOR in the morning and see what I need to do to gain access to my code....I know that is used to be based upon your email address, but mine has changed a couple of times over the years.

Go to the other pc and open the sequencer and go to help>about. Your code will be there.

Bad news......No longer have the old PC

Does anyone out there have an extra usage of a key number? I know that if we get 5 pc that can be used with one key, that many may never need at least one of the five.......I have 192 channels in my program that were not able to use tonight.....I have a large turn out tomorrow and really need to get back up and running......

IF anyone would not mind me using your registration and key number, I really would appreciate it.......I only need it for one PC........Once I get LOR to retrieve mine from a previous email address (takes an average of two business days), then I will delete yours from my PC and install under mine.......

All you have to do is go to the webstie and get your license key again. If you have "used" all your seats then I believe it will tell you when you try to validate. Then you will need to contact support and explain the reason.

When the license first came out. I had issues but it was on the LOR end. Something like there was a batch that was not put in the system. Anyway, I just simply sent an email in and asked that they change my email address. Now I use my new email address.
