Adding music to a static display

After my show runs I have a few minutes of down time before my next show. I've added a static display to fill the gap. My question is ,how do I add just music to my show editor?

There's no way to directly add just a song to a show, but you can create a sequence based on that song, and not put any lighting effects into that sequence, and then add that sequence to the show.

Make sure you don't set any of the channels in the sequence to control any actual units/circuits, or it will send "off" commands to them when it starts up. Just set them as "Device Type: None".

If I add 2 or 3 songs ,do I have to make a sequence for each song or can I combine the 3 of them in 1 sequence?

If the 2 or 3 songs are in 2 or 3 different media files, you'll have to make a sequence for each.

If you have combined the 2 or 3 songs into a single media file, you can make a single sequence that covers all of them.

lol..not dumb..up until a few weeks ago I didn't know what it was either. It's a free download where basically you create your own radio station. Upload any music you want, (music you have on your hard drive) then you can tell it what and when to play it.

Jim I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to computers. I'ts got to be pretty darn easy for me to figure out. Can I do this in one night because I need every thing finished to night.
