Hardrock, Coco and Joe. Already doing several fade ins and outs. Its getting there I was just wondering if there is a better/faster wasy.

You can make an object look like it's "talking" by using fade-down's in the rhythm of the speech (the tapper tool works well for this, just adjust the fade time appropriately). I did that this year for Linus giving the Gospel message, which happens as an in-between song filler spot. In this case, the star on our Mega-Tree pulsates with Linus' voice.

Thanks Tim, thats kind of what I was allready doing. I did originally use twinkle and shimmer but it just didn't look right. I was hoping for an easier way though.

I use the Chipmunk's Christmas Song for one of my musical animations. I use one of my larger trees for Dave's voice. And three of my smaller tree's for the chipmunk's voices, when their talking and singing.
