Controller Problems

I am having two seperate controller problems.

The first on is #1-8 do not work on half the controller. Have reset the box and still mothing. Heading out later today to buy fusses. I am guessing that it a fuse problem due the fact the when test running the show it work and then just stop working.

The second problem is a major. The controller powers on and I can see it in Hardware, but no lights will come on. I have 16 mini pluged in and not a one is on. The minis worked on another controller. I reset the box and still nothing. The Firmware is 4.40.

There are no LEDs or C9 plugged. The Firmware Ver 4.40 and LOR Ver 2.3.8

Is this in the hardware utility or the sequencer?

Other questions I have... how many controllers do you have and how are they addressed?

Has the channel configuration been properly set in the sequencer?

I see the controlled in both the Hardware and Sequences, but no lights will come on in either place. I plugged 16 minis in the controlled ane turn on all lights via the Hardware and no lights came on. I have a total of 14 controllers, which are set 1-14. I just used them for a Halloween show and they worked just fine. I also double checked the channel config and everything was fine. I was made the switch to Christmas and ran the show last night and noticed the problem above. The controllers where not moved and nothing changed in the two controllers that I am having trouble with.
