I was impressed even before I got it because I had a last minute request that was handled perfectly by Mary. I unpacked it plugged it in and within 5 minutes had the hardware utility open running some test activities.I happened to think that I should probably label each of the wires with the channel id while I was testing to save time later. When I returned to the controller with my sharpie and tape I noticed Dan and crew had already done this for me.I've been dabbling for a day or so trying to sequence my first song. I strongly recommend that newbies go to the LOR support site (http://www.lightorama.com/support.html) and watch the tutorials. They are corney but it showed me some things that I was doing wrong which once changed made the process go much smoother.In closing I'm very satisfied with my first LOR controller.
