Guest guest Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 Hi,Not very much detail but I will make some guesses.You downloaded a sequence into a controller ( My guess is that it is a CTB16D ) and now you see "Unknown Device" ( My guess is that you see that in the Hardware Utility )....A couple of things you can do...Option 1... Reset the controller. (unplug it, set the unit ID to "00" , plug it back in for a few seconds) ( then unplug it and set the unit ID back to the original value)Option 2...
