Bruce Kryfka
I finally am getting around to checking out the new controllers that I purchased months ago. I completed the quick start guide and everything checked out good until I went to check Test Unit's Operation turn lights on and no lights. I double checked all the steps and still nothing. I looked in the trouble shooting section for a solution and did a couple of checks there and still no lights. Since 1 controller didn't work I checked the 2nd controller and still nothing. I'm sure I'm missing something simple somewhere but where. Since I have 2 controller do both of them have to be connected or can I try them 1 at a time. I did have red lights on the controllers blinking and comm port 8 was selected and I did hit the refresh button and loaded a controller. Then I selected lights 1,2,3,4 and then tried 9,10,11,12 when the first set didn't work. Any helpful ideas.Bruce:(
-klb-
You can always try one controller at a time. The solid red light is a good sign.Have you configured the controller IDs?
-klb-
Reading that again, did you get to a solid red light on the controller once the com port was selected?
Bruce Kryfka
I have tried each controller with a solid red light. And I have also configured each controller.

Bruce Kryfka
It's amazing how lights work when you turn the button on. The lights worked like a charm. Thanks for the help klb.
