Winkwell
If I buy one of the CTB16PC card fully assembled and imported to the UK, is it just a case of putting UK cables in or would i need to do something to convert it to UK power? Max-Paul
Im at work so dont quote me. But there are 4 pins to the right of the transformer. I believe that you want only one jumper on between pins 2 and 3. This is for 220-240 VAC. Jumpers between 1 and 2, 3 and 4 is for 120VAC operation. Add cords as needed. Steven
According to the construction manual (and the parts supplied), R7-R14 and R20-R27 are 220Ω for 120VAC and 330Ω for 240VAC.I suspect it doesn't make a big difference, but the triacs will be driven harder on 240VAC with the 220Ω resistors, and thus may not last as long(?)
