Channel ID

I have 2 CTB8's that I'm having some problems with. Niether can be programmed for a Unit ID. I've tried plugging my laptop directy into both and trying the "Set Unit ID" and ignore errors. Funny thing is that one is the older version and one is a newer version. They are not the "D" model.

Anyone have any ideas?

First confirm you are on version 1.5.0 of the software....

Then plug only one of the CTB08 into the Laptop.

Use "Change Existing ID"

Set "Old Unit ID" to "Any Unit"

Set "New Unit ID" to the Unit ID you want

Then click "Change Unit Id"

I knew there was a trick. Going to wait until all the cars clear out from the road and give it a shot. I'll let you know!
