motorcycle jack
Ok my show computer: 697 Mhz, Pentium III, 1/2 G RAM with 1.8 GB free space on the drive. Here's what happens. When I view sequences (all using wav file audio) in animation mode with 32 channels to check the sequence, the whole view sticks for 1/2 to a full second at the end of each screen page of display. The music plays fine but it throws off the whole checking of the full sequence. It synchronizes fine on each page of display eventually, it's just this delay on the display wont allow me to check the sequence's actions before running the display on the full hardware set (costing electricity!).I have the current display and audio drivers on the Acer Travelmate 350 computer. Anything else I can change or does someone know what's going on?
jimswinder
I get the same problem. To minimize it, I always "Zoom out" as far as possible. It's one thing on my "Wish List"...that there was a button to make the song "fit the screen", like in my Video Editing Software.
-klb-
On slower machines like that, go into the play menu, and you can turn off features like "Move Grid With Play", and "Vary color of channel buttons". By turning some of those features off, you may get back a smooth animation.
