Trouble shooting only 11 volts output

This is the first time I had a problem with a kit? I am using just one AC input and I am only getting 11 volts from every plug. I get a steady red LED? I remember a trouble shoot guide but can not find it? The other two I built this way work fine?



Also should I install CTB16PC 4.30 firmware?




OK I found the problem I have the netural jumper in the wrong lug. However, I would like to know what firmware to install to be sure.

When you say "every plug" I am going to presume you are refering to the quick connect that is by the Triacs and the opto couplers.. Sorry dont mean to ask a dumb question. Are the resistors that sit near each of the opto couplers Red-Red-Brown or are they Orange-Orange-Brown? And I assume you are here in the States, not over seas?

Don't worry about the firmware now. A later version will be out soon with new software.

Ok I updated my original post. I had the netural jumper on the wrong lugs and now it works fine. But I am still not sure what fireware to install it had 4.02 and the LOR web site number does not match what options you get when you down load. I have been updating to CTB16PC 4.30?

I do agree with wait on the firmware. The firmware is released when new features in the software are released. The most recent version is 4.30 and was released initially when 2.3.4 software came out
