things not syncing up

I started working on a sequence the other day. I thought I'd use the tapper wizard more to plot out where I want things instead of just using the bbm thing. However, when I play the song all the way through, one bit towards the end of the song is about a second out of sync. It fixes itself by the end of the tune.

Now I've see people comment on this before, so I changed the mp3 to a wav and then told the software to play that track, but it didn't seem to fix anything.

My other songs are fine and have no problems. Any idea on how to fix this?

Edit: Never mind this. I took a look and I didn't have the .wav file selected and that has fixed the problem. I'll lock this if I can figure out how
