nettnut
HELP ..I had everything running for 2 nights and went to turn it on last night and there was no lights. I have music but no lights. When I run the hardware utility the lights will do as they are asked to do. One thing I noticed in the hardware utility is that nothing will happen when I use the test button at the bottom left side. The lights will come on when I use the 100% in the light mode box and also in the chase sequence box. This is our 3rd year of doing the 4th of July along with Halloween and Christmas and have never had this issue. Thanks for any help..Dennis
Guest wbottomley
Sounds like you need to assign your channels an ID.
nettnut
But why did they work for 2 nights? Could it have anything to do with a license key registration? I did't realize that we had to register our software. I have had it for several years. I will check the channel ID's tho.Thank You.
Max-Paul
I do believe I have heard that earlier versions would die on the 1st. Go through the upgrade sequence and get the latest version. Then register it. See more details in other post.Max
