Alarm for controllers

I would like to build a alarm for my controller but dont know ware to start any ideas. I do know that pin 1&2 are not used but thats it. I would also like to use the the 5V off the board to power it

This topic was discussed just recently. You don't necessarily need the 5V for your alarm....basically all you need to do is loop 2 pins at the end of the line and use the 2 wires at the beginning either to run to an external alarm or to an input on the board set up for an input trigger. Many people are using the input trigger to set up a special alarm sequence, complete with an audio track. Just start flashing all the lights around and warn the people that the police are on their way. That should get rid of them.
