I would think that after all this time it would be in public domain. Also, I would argue not using all the poster and not using there logo the parity clause would apply considering that Coke has changed the American mind of what Santa looks like in the 20 century. lightzilla Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I think this year I will buy 4 LED lighted address street numbers to use in the display and that way they can be attached to the house and seen from the road. Last years sign blocked the view of the Ferris wheel....but their was the only one place I could put the sign so I had no choice.This years idea will be better with a $$$$ cost attached.
