Loading in Vista

Have purchased LOR ShowTime Software Suite 1.6.9 recently.
I have successfully loaded it into my lap-top Windows xp no problem. When I try to load it in my newer desk top Windows Vista I get an error message that LOR could not update the registry files. Can anyone help.

Try running the registry wipe.

Bisquit, Thanks for the help. I did the wipe and it did not work. Tried to call LOR but they were closed with a heating problem. Will call them on monday. Dick

Are you able to redownload the software? If you can, run the registry wipe, and try the install from the downloaded file.

When do you see the error... During install or when you are running things?

Hi Dan, Hope you have your heating problems fixed by now. My daughter lives in S. Glens Falls and I know how cold it gets there. I moved to Florida 10 years ago and have never regretted it. Back to the problem. I see the error on the initial loading of the disk. Dick

I am not sure what is causing it. Will have to have a programmer take a look at it on Monday.
