Cannot Run LOR 2 Upgrade I get a Pop Up

This is what the screen pop says, I am not sure what to do to get past this. Any help is appreciated.

Try downloading it again. Sounds like an incomplete download.

I also agree, that happened to by brother-in-law, after he re-downloaded it, it worked fine.

I deleted first download and then downloaded again, worked like a Champ.
