bcraig Posted Saturday at 08:53 PM Posted Saturday at 08:53 PM I just upgraded from a mini-director to a N2-G4 because I am adding a set of mini arches. I have my show built on an SD card and everything is working except the mini arches. The Pixie controller is set to the correct address and is plugged into Network 2 on the Director. I have sequences that are RGB+ included in the show. I'm at a loss as to why the arches are not running. The controller has power and I tested the network cable to make sure it is good as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Mr. P Posted Saturday at 09:12 PM Posted Saturday at 09:12 PM What is the network speed and are you using ELOR?
bcraig Posted Saturday at 10:13 PM Author Posted Saturday at 10:13 PM I have network 2 set at 500 per tech support. ELOR?
TheDucks Posted Saturday at 10:17 PM Posted Saturday at 10:17 PM Just now, bcraig said: I have network 2 set at 500 per tech support. ELOR? ELOR is a mode set when you setup Networks. (Basically Talk only, no listen. thus more bandwidth for the same speed) Speaking of Networks. Port = AuxA network. Is everything talking to the Pixies on AuxA?
bcraig Posted Sunday at 12:09 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:09 AM (edited) I'm running off an SD card, not my computer so I am using the Network 2 port on the Director for the Pixies. I redid the show and set both networks to ELOR, I'm still having the same issue. Edited Sunday at 12:42 AM by bcraig
Orville Posted Sunday at 06:38 AM Posted Sunday at 06:38 AM If you press the white button(briefly) on the Pixie controlling the arches, does the light test pattern run? If it does, then you have something incorrect in your sequence settings or channel settings. If the test pattern doesn't run, then there is another issue causing the problem.
bcraig Posted Sunday at 02:14 PM Author Posted Sunday at 02:14 PM I ran the test pattern to verify the controller, and all the lights worked before I put them out. I haven't edited any of the RGB+ sequences, they are configured as they come from LOR.
