first year with a second mini director

this year we converted 2 more LED trees to RGBs.  we had to add a second director.  they say they are syned.  we have networks plugged in as the HUB told us to.  the show is not playing.  we have 1 of 5 songs that plays mostly, there are pauses that do not belong.   we think most of the song is playing right.  we have 1 song that sometimes plays and sometimes only just starts then the show plays the first song again.  the 2 new trees (RGB) are only using the first 100 nodes on their 150 strips (1 fold).  we have checked and re-checked the trees' settings.  we have checked all the plugs.  the directors say they are synched.  we are using power from an add-on rather that through the first/regular LED controller.  we made 2 SC cards following the directions in the HUB and the HUB says they were both successful.  the cards are numbered and i have been very careful about making sure we are keeping that straight.

1. why is the show not playing as we set it up (all 5 songs)?

2. why are the 2 12 RGB trees not playing the last 50 nodes?

You said Mini Director (the black  ones), Those do not 'sync' (Master-slave)

Or do you just mean the LED is steady?

Did you set the Tree controller for 150 with HU?

I thought the only Directors that could be synched were the N4-G3 and the N4-G4 Directors. (Not sure about the N2-G3/N2-G4 versions).

And even then, to use that synching feature I believe also required a Version of 5.?.? or higher LOR Suite version to use it, along with the latest firmware for the Directors used.

mtsnow please give a very specific and detailed description of what directors you are using and what ports are connected to what.  As others have said, the mini-director does not support multi-director sync.
