Sequence wont write to SD card

I added a new sequence, Christmas Vacation, to my show this year. I use a director so I write my shows to an SD card. Never had any problems with the other sequences writing to the card, but for some reason this one sequence won't.

I double checked the media file, even used Audacity to export the song as an MP3, 128, constant rate. I go to write it to the card and for some reason it won't write it. Can't figure it out but something must be wrong with the sequence?  I tried different SD cards and they all work with the other sequences.

I'm using software version 5.6.10 if that matters.

Tried to attach the file hoping someone could look at it but it says it's too large to be attached.

Any ideas?

Is there a specific error message you are getting?

No nothing. It goes through the normal routine of writing the sequences to the card, and then the Hub quits. I go back to look at it and it's not on there.

I even tried editing the show and adding the sequence through the edit part of the hub, does the same thing. Doesn't affect the other sequences, just won't write this one. It's really bugging me. Spent the last 3 days trying to do create this sequence because everyone loves this song and after all the work I did it won't write to the card.

I even tried different audio files attached to the sequence.

I had something similar to this happen to me 2 years ago. I fixed it by only using Kingston 32GB SDHC Canvas Select Class 10 UHS-1 cards. There still might be something wrong with that one seq, especially if you can create the show without that seq. However, for some reason the directors only like specific cards

Ya, I tried using different cards, same result. The other sequences write just fine.

It's not just different cards, LOR states that the Kingston class 10 are preferred. Did you try that one? I know it sounds odd but I haven't had an issue since I changed to those

I will do that and see if it makes a difference,  can't remember what card is in the director now.
