V6.3.6 Pro - Sequences play in show but no lights.

I have one prop, a 20ft mega tree.  Had an issue in the sequencer that required a phone call with support.  During the call two sequences were created.  I put those two sequences in a show.  When I play the show on demand, I can see and hear that it is running but I have no lights on the tree.  The lights work in Hardware tab.  Have no idea what is wrong and can find nothing on the internet to solve this issue.  I am new to RGB and just rewired the tree this year.  Have had a mega tree since 2008.

You probably have a mismatch between the Network or LOR ID's.  Look at what network HU was using (Reg, Aux A...) and what ID your test used.  Remember Port 1 on a Pixie is the BASE #. Each additional port gains  an ID eg Pixie 4: P1 is the base (as shown in HU. Port 2 is  Base+1, Port 3 is Base+2, Port4 is Base+3
