Testing new mini trees in S6 control panel issue

When I test Mini Tree 1 in CP nothing happens.  However when I click Mini Tree 2, Mini Tree 1 comes on.  
 

Im 1 off all the way down.  Port 1 controls nothing. Port 2 controls mini tree 1, Port 3 controls mini tree 2 and so on.   

Anyone have any idea what I’ve done wrong?
