MoonWalkLights Posted November 26 Posted November 26 I'm having a strange issue that I haven't been able to figure out myself. I have one specific Pixie 16 that seems to be having issues turning specific pixels off during sequences. For example, the strand will light up with the proper color, but will stay on even when it should be completely off during the sequence, until it's supposed to light up again with a different color. At that point it lights correctly again. The pixel strands are the LOR pixel bullets. Three different strands are doing this, all on different ports on the same Pixie 16. I'm controlling the sequence with an N4-G4 director, which has the latest firmware. Additionally, there's a fourth strand of pixels on this same controller where the last 25 pixiels are never supposed to light -- the strand is set to 75 in the preview -- but they light up white and stay on forever at the same time that the other strands get stuck in the on state. This is my first year with the Pixie 16 and pixels after many with multiple CTB16PC's. Pixie 16 is connected to N4-G4 on Network 1, set to ELOR/500k. I've tested the 15ft Cat5e cable between N4-G4 and Pixie 16 and it tests fine. Any troubleshooting ideas are much appreciated.
