Ckathman Posted November 20 Posted November 20 I purchased 5 sequences from LOR. 4 of the 5 I've had no issue opening them using V6.3.6Pro. The 5th sequence however (Sia_Snowman), when I open it and I attempt to assign a different preview, the sequencer crashes and shuts down. Could this be an issue with the file itself or an issue with v6.3.6? I'm guessing it's not the Sequencer as this is the only file giving me an issue. Any thoughts?
MattBrown Posted November 20 Posted November 20 I've tested Sia / Snowman (RGB Plus) with my personal preview and had no issue. If the problem continues, please export your preview and attach it to a help desk ticket - we will get it sorted out. https://helpdesk.lightorama.com/

Not sure if it makes a difference, but I am using the traditional AC lights sequence, C68P32-YCM. Per your suggestion, I've submitted a trouble ticket, but It woudl not allow me to upload the exported Preview file as it said the file type, .lpeprop, is not supported.
Krtaylor865 Posted December 5 Posted December 5 Adding some last minute LOR sequences and experiencing the same issue with RGB Plus sequences for Universal Fanfare - Minions and Up on the Rooftop - Pentatonix…

Note that Matt asked you to attach the Preview file, not the Prop file. All of your previews are in a file in the CommonData folder called LORPreviews.xml. Or you can export just the one Preview from the Preview Editor. It will be in the ImportExport folder with whatever name you save the file as.
Krtaylor865 Posted December 7 Posted December 7 Ok.. I haven’t done it yet, but plan to submit a help desk ticket, but for some additional info, it seems to be crashing after assigning different preview (my preview) to the LOR sequence. I’m getting an error message that says something like “cannot find object that has been disposed” and source is “loggerfactory”.. I’ve been covered up but will try to submit ticket to help desk and provide screenshot here as soon as I can.
