Hinkspix Pro v3 HELP - LOR 6.3.6

So I recently bought a Hinkspix Pro v3 from HC to expand out my light show this year (LOR controllers were getting antiquated).  I have my controller configured online and my prop definition to match the controller, but I cannot get the prop to respond when I run it in the sequencer.  I tested all the ports and the lights all work fine.  I currently have 390 pixels spread across 2 ports on my controller (set at 50% intensity).  Attached are photos of what I have currently.  I tried to run the hardware utility, but my controller will not show up on there.  It is registering it on the network though.  Any help is appreciated!  Thanks!

Since I cannot attach the other file, the prop is set up like this:

Start universe: 1

Start channel: 1

End Universe: 3

End Channel: 150

Max Channel: 510
