edtrac Posted November 18 Posted November 18 Basically, I wired it so the connection to the controller occurs at the end of each strand (2x50) instead of the beginning. Can i fix this in software?
TheDucks Posted November 18 Posted November 18 Is the strand just mounted backwards? Set the pixie to Reverse (direction) on those ports. Node 1 becomes the far end. Note: If the string length in nodes does not match the controller nodes setting, you are going to have fun because revers sends the settings worth of packets (100 to make node 1 out at real node 100) I have a short (60 nodes) string on my drip line. I had to move the lot from 1-60 to 41-100 If you made connections to the DO (usually chip) side. Nope. DO is Data Out (to the next node)
edtrac Posted November 18 Author Posted November 18 I think that did the trick even though I can't really tell visually. But reverse makes sense. I want the furthest node away from the controller to be one. Thank you very much.
