troubleshooting issues

I am having trouble with the traditional lights connecting with the director
Currently I have the director connected to a 1602 controller and also RGB trees, faces, and snowflakes.
Net 1 on N4-G4 is connected to the 1602 in 1 port and the RGBs in the other net 1
Net 2 is the snowflakes
In the 1602 the other port is wired to a second 1602 with lights connected (these lights are functioning)In the second 1602, I have hard wired to a third controller, 1602. The lights plugged in to that controller are not working.
I have multiple 1602 controllers in my display and if I am unable to connect the 2nd of 6, I don't think I will be able to daisy chain the others either
Not sure what I am doing wrong
Any suggestions?

I suggest that you carefully and closely look at the RJ45 connectors in the suspect controller. I'm thinking you'll find a bent or misaligned pin on the outgoing connection to the next controller. It might also be a defective cable. So, make life easy first, change out the cable exiting from your number two 1602 to the third one in the chain. If that resolves it, you found the issue. If the second 1602 has an issue, swap the ID's with the last controller and swap them out. That'll simply put the problem at the end of the chain and it should work.
