Pixcon16 Issue

I have (2) Pixcon16s, several pixies, one cmb24d and 3 ac controllers in my show. All running from 4 port director.

Both my Pixcon16s have issues not turning on some of the channels. 

I cycled ac power and had them all work one time. But now, after several attempts cannot get all channels operating.

They are the same channels, occurs on both Pixcon16s and ALL other controllers work everytime.

I have the director set to run show on powerup.

The channels on the pixcon16s that do not work are not related to the side of the board, so do not believe its a power supply issue. As I have the first five ports and last 2 ports working correctly.

Do I need to power up the Pixcon16s first then power up the director?

Unsure what to do next. 

Like I stated before both Pixcon16s DID run correctly one time.

I do not own a director so no advice from me on that. I do own two Pixcon16's. My first quick thought is to look in the "Advanced" command area to see if you have the universes and channels set correctly. Also make sure you have the latest firmware for them.

Channels all set correctly. Both Pixcon16s did run correctly once on initial plug in.

Is it the LAST on the LOR network? If yes, then also YES. Terminate.

They are BOTH the last on the LOR network. I will terminate both via jumpers on Pixcon16 board.
