Brickwall Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Good Morning, Long time stalker, first time poster... I appreciate all the help I've read throughout the forums, but I can't seem to figure out how to configure my K32A-B Beaglebone. Here's what I have: LOR 6.3.6 Pro Edition K32A-B Beaglebone running v6.3 I am using universes 400 - 431 for this controller, but only testing universes 400 and 401 to understand how to set this up. Seems I only have output on port 1 and not port 2 of the K32A-B. I was expecting to see universe 400 on port 1 and universe 401 on port 2 of the K32, but only port 1 provides the expected output. Both universes are setup with 60 total lights (only 1 of the screenshots is shown). What am I missing? I found the thread below helpful but I still cannot get this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! h).
Mr. P Posted November 13 Posted November 13 I am not familiar with the K32A-B Beaglebone but a universe is 512 channels. On your channel outputs if port 1 is universe 400 with 60 pixels, channels 1-180 and port 2 is universe 401 the pixels should be 60 pixels, channels 1-180. When you start a new universe you start with channel 1.
k6ccc Posted November 13 Posted November 13 He's using FPP Channel numbers, not universes and channels on the channel outputs page. If that is the case, Universe 400 (as defined on the channel Inputs page) starts at FPP channel 1, so Universe 401 would start at channel 513.
Brickwall Posted November 13 Author Posted November 13 (edited) Jim, @k6ccc Thank you so much! That was what I needed! I was scratching my head for a while trying to figure that out. I appreciate the response. Thanks again! -Steve Edited November 13 by Brickwall

Good to know, I told you I was not familiar with the K32A-B Beaglebone. I knew the channels were wrong, gotta count for something.😁 Edited November 13 by Mr. P
k6ccc Posted November 14 Posted November 14 I'm not at all familiar with the K32, but I am pretty familiar with FPP (at least this part of it). BTW, I MUCH prefer having FPP set up to use Universes & Channel as opposed to FPP Channel number...
