Looks like I am maxed out on loading software on PC's

I have been running LOR the past 9 years, last year we had a PC die mid season and has to use my sequencing laptop to finish out the season. This year I'm going running 2 PC's mirrored on an A/B switch leaving audio and signaling to move in case anything goes side ways.  This would give me 3 PC's running LOR.

 

I put in a ticket, any clue to what the wait time is?

The last time I ran out of licenses I. put in a request to the help desk, and they responded very quickly.

Last time I needed that, the request was granted in less than a hour.
