When you build the preview using a pixielink - do you use the universe numbers in the preview - or the pixie16's numbers/letters to get to 32? Said in another way - these universes you are setting up on the port configuration page are unique, and you can't assign two universe 1's at all, so it would seem to me you could do either one within the preview. The manual is completely devoid of this information, and the preview videos are not updated to allow pixielink users. So, does pixielink even matter when it comes to preview building? Just use the alphanumeric characters up to 32 for each port? Thanks

This was solved by a ticket to support - here is their response so it can be shared to the community:

When setting the channel settings on a prop in your preview for anything connected to a PixieLink, you must select DMX and universes for all strings. What ever universes you use in your prop need to be entered in the PixieLink webpage under the corresponding output port and Unit ID. The Unit IDs of your Pixies are important, but only for the PixieLink to act as the traffic cop for all of the universes.

In the above example (see uploaded image), if you had a prop that referenced universe 11 and 12, that information would be sent to the first 2 Pixel ports on a Pixie set to Unit ID 1 hooked up to PixieLink output port 1. Does that make sense?
