Donl1150 Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Is there a video out there showing exactly how to set up the mobile app on your phone? I am struggling following the information in the help file.
Don Posted November 4 Posted November 4 All you should have to do is put in your License information, and it will log you in. You need to make sure then in the LOR Control Panel you have the App portion enabled via Mobile App setting at the bottom of the main menu. (Below License) What problems are you having?
Donl1150 Posted November 4 Author Posted November 4 I have done that. On my phone is says Login successful. But it also says, Connected, waiting for response from computer. The control panel is open and the network is green thus connected. How do I get the computer to respond to the apparent request from the mobile app?

k6ccc Posted November 4 Posted November 4 And if you have multiple computers that might control the show (for example my file server runs my year round landscape lighting, but there is a dedicated show computer for Halloween and Christmas), your can (and must) select which computer to control. The two or more computers need to have different computer IDs.
