JamesWright
I am using 6.3.0 Pro. I cannot do anything in the Networks section. I cannot add a new network. I cannot delete an old network. NONE of the action buttons will work. Anyone know why I might have this issue?

JamesWright
Nothing at all. The button will not select or do anything. I have rebooted the computer but that did not fix the problem

PhilMassey
Try uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh download. I added a network yesterday.
JamesWright
I am using Windows 10 x64 bit. It is up to date. I will try a fresh download and a reinstall.
JamesWright
I uninstalled and reinstalled LOR 6.0.3. This action had no effect. I still cannot do anything in the networking area. None of the selection buttons work. Question: Is there a limit to the number of network entries that you can have on one system?
gsmith37064
@JamesWright By any chance, is your copy licensed or are you running in demo mode? Did you try to disable your antivirus software? What are your network settings for your NIC card? Do you only have 1 NIC card or multiple? Also LOR has a registry wipe that they will send you. It will clean out anything LOR related from the registry. I think you need to open a ticket to get the latest version though.
JamesWright
I am running a licensed version 6.3.0 Pro. I have temporarily turned off my firewall. That had no effect on this problem. I should note that I can edit a current network setting by double clicking it. I just cannot use any of the function buttons at the top of the screen. I am talking about the "add, edit, remove, import, export, network log" buttons. I have multiple network cards on this machine. I will open a ticket on this issule. k6ccc
How many and what type of existing networks do you have listed?
JamesWright
I have 7 NICs in my computer. One is built in to the mother board. I have that one turned off. Then I have a 4 port ethernet card and another 2 port ethernet card. I use 5 ports for my Christmas light display. I have assigned my own local addresses to each port/NIC. On one card Port 1 is assigned as standard routing for internet and home network interface and uses dynamic routing as assigned by my ISP (198.x.x.x). Port 2 is assigned as 10.10.10.1 and is attached to a dedicated WIFI network (I control the lights across the street also). Port 3 is 10.11.11.1 and is hard wired to my 20 foot mega tree. Port 4 is 10.15.15.1, is hard wired, and supports the remainder of my show. On the second, 2-port card: Port 1 is 10.20.20.1, is hard wired, and supports direct access to my matrix panel sign. Port 2 is not operational yet but will be assigned as 10.30.30.1 and, via a dedicated WIFI link, will support a matrix panel sign across the street. I should note that all is this is fully functional. I have no network problems, that I know of. As for the LOR software, I currently have 2 networks assigned to LOR controllers (regular and Aux A), one hard wired and one via light link. Of course, these use 2 different com ports. Then I currently have 20 different networks assigned to the various ethernet ports and RGB props. As I said above, all this is currently working. But I need to reconfigure this as I am changing the hardware structure of the shows. I am always changing/adding props and networking. But I need to get the networks section of the LOR 6.3.0 software working so that I can continue with the changes that I am making.
trub.lou
I have this same issue. None of the blue buttons in the header banner of the 6.3.0 UI will respond to clicks at all. I can tab over to them and select them with <enter>, but mouse/touchpad clicks do not register. I uninstalled 6.3.0 and reinstalled it and got the same result. I uninstalled again and installed 6.2.18, and everything worked as I'd expect. This is on a Dell laptop x64 running Windows 11 Home. I'll likely just chug along on 6.2.18 for the time being, but will check back occasionally if more detail is needed on reproducing this.
k6ccc
James, can you try what trub.lou said and report if that worked. At least it's a work-around.
JamesWright
I have already fallen back to 6.2.18 and it works fine. I have submitted a trouble ticket and support is working on the issue for all of us.
