SJ LOR
Has anyone mounted/installed pixel stakes to a roof? If so, how were they secured to the roof to ensure they didn't fall during rain, snow or wind? I do NOT want to make holes in the roof by screwing them, especially, since it is less than a year old. I currently do not have the pixel stakes, but whether or not they can be mounted to a roof is a factor being considered for purchase or not. Attached pic illustrates where I would like to place them on the roof. Thank you for your time.
k6ccc
I have not done it, but have considered it. My thought was to mount the stakes to a piece of plywood or plastic that just lays on the roof. If wind is an issue add a few sandbags. Edited August 9 by k6ccc
TheDucks
ABS drain pipe with holes for stakes. With a T at least 1 end to keep it from rolling. The pipe is black.
Zach Carner
I think Gilbert Engineering makes free standing coro pixel stakes you could set on the roof. https://gilbertengineeringusa.com/products/pixel-forrest-kit?variant=39523331407974
