Connie9289
(Newbie here) while i was testing my pixie 8 the power injection wires on my pixels touched i heard a pop and my pixels turned off. I’ve tested the pixels on a different channel and they still work so it is definitely something with the controller. Im using cheap 12v pixels from amazon and a 12 volt pixie 8 series controller. If anyone has answers please let me know.
k6ccc
First of all, a terminology statement. The outputs of a pixel controller are not channels, but rather outputs or ports. Each output will have many channels. Referring to the outputs as channels only creates confusion. Since you confirmed that the pixels are not damages, your most likely issue is one or more blown fuses. Easy fix if that's the case.
Jimehc
Each Pixie Port is protected by a 4A fuse - replace the fuse for that port..
