LOR Sequence (HELP NEEDED)

This can't be that hard to use.   

I purchase my sequence from H Sequences.   I understand everyone design there sequences differently.   But, why is it so hard to change the sequence to something simple like UNIT 1 (PLUG 1-8) & PLUG (9-16) on a CTB16PC?  Unless I am doing something very wrong.

These are the steps I am doing.

Step 1
Open LOR Sequencing App.

Step 2 
Open HS LOR Files 
 

Step 3 Once I choose the file I get this screen Next 

Step 4 Every time I try and correct the Sequence to match my UNITS.  I get the below errors. I know the numbering and sequence is correct.   What am I doing wrong?

Don't try and change the UnitID/Channel in any of the screens you've posted.
Change them in the Preview Editor after you open them. Then use that Preview with the songs.
The error you are showing indicates that the channels are there, but they have no configuration data on them. Meaning they don't know what ID/Channel they are supposed to be. Correct that in the Preview, then use that preview going forward.

@Don thanks for the reply.   Ok looks like I am moving forward now..

Step 1 used Start a New Preview Name (2024Halloween)

Step 2 Hit the Animation Tab and face and sequence moved to Preview.

Step 3 every channel move over nicely and faces showed up in display.

Step 4 This is where all the channels are very different.

 

 

Once I correct them in the sequence how can I save it to do all my other sequences?

Open new/pre-existing sequence. 

New Sequence - Select the New Preview ("NP") you just created.
Existing - Sequence (tab at top) -> Assign New Preview. Choose the NP you created.

Looks like there is no way around having to edit every single files again.   I tried using the NEW PREVIEW but, since it is different from the lor file I get errors...
