Grady29
Hello, I was trying to add a new Pixie 4 to my show and ran into issues with my computer not finding the controller. After doing a little digging, I found that I am receiving an error for my enhanced network (see link for pics). I tried deleting the USB driver for my USB -RS485 HS and installing per LOR's directions. It did not solve the issue. Since I started using pixie controllers, I never had this problem. I have always had my traditional lights on my regular network and my RGB's on Aux A LOR Network. I am able to setup the RS485 on my regular network and it works fine. As soon as l select the Aux A network and save it, it comes back with an error. Oddly-as I am typing this topic, all of a sudden the LOR Aux A (Enhanced) connected and seems to be working. Any thoughts on why I have experienced this issue? I am a little concerned this my come up again when I am actually ready to run my shows this year. ( see Network 3 & Network 4 pics). Last year I was running LOR S5 and had no issues. I switched to LOR S6 and now it's a problem. Network issues
Steven
I don't understand your network configuration. All the pictures you attached show one com port: COM6. Is COM6 connected to your Regular network or your Aux A network?
Grady29
I currently don't have my regular USB 485 connected. I only have my USB 485HS connected to the computer. That is why only showing one network. Currently my USB485HS is connected to COM6.
Jeremiah Ackermann
From what I can tell, when you changed the adapter from Regular to Aux A, the software just spun down the network (disconnected) and then recreated it as the Aux A network (connected). Especially if it only showed that way for a couple seconds. So its just showing the connection status immediately in the UI. I believe in S5 you would have seen this happening when you look at the network log.
