I have a servodog.  At one point earlier in the day, I got it to work. I am not sure what I did or what combination of things I did to get it to work.  But, it did.  I could control it in the control panel test lights area, in the servodog config, and also in a running sequence.  I then had to leave to go pic up my son and have dinner so the laptop was shut off and the power supply for the servodog was unplugged.  I returned to try to play with it some more and start to do some actual sequencing.  I powered up the power supply and the servodog led lit up and is flashing like it should.  I opened up my laptop and powered it back on and open up control panel.  No change.  still blinking red on the servodog.  The LOR USB device shows connected in the control panel.  I have it set as regular network, COm3 which is the correct port, speed is 115.4k (have tried all the slower ones as well with same result but this is what i had it set to when it worked), and ELOR is turned off.  I am about to just cut my losses and throw it away since no matter what I do, I cannot get it to communicate any longer.  No power spikes, several different ethernet cables.  Power supply is not a junk one, or even one that is used for other controllers.  But a lab grade power supply.  I am at a loss and getting very frustrated.  HELP!!  Please.
