TW.Horrocks
Hey everyone iv got 4 controlers and 2 out of 4 wont work. The LED light goes solid on one of the not working ones. but the LOR Hardware wont read the box. Also the connection between the box that works and the one that wont respond is a phone cable. And they are connected correctly Help?
cmoore60
Are they connected correctly? If you have the phone cable plugged into the left port (in) and it comes out of one of the other 2 ports, then you have it correctly connected. If the 2 controllers that are not seen are NEW, then did you set unit IDs in them?To set unit ID you will need to connect each one, one at a time to the computer. Launch the HWU. Select on the left side any unit and then assign the unit ID you want that controller to be.Chuck

Ed
I used a can of tuner cleaner and Q-tips that I had on hand. Alcohol and Q-tips should work just fine. Are your controllers new or old? Ed
