Phantom Unit

So I ran into something new and exciting after Halloween while getting Christmas setup started.  I have three boxes; two newer and one older.  The Hardware Utility says they're 32GLD-3 ver 1.15 and CTB16D ver 4.32.  When I refreshed using the Hardware Utility ELL tool, I'm coming up with two of the newer, and two of the older units.  I haven't had this many ELL to test with before, so I don't know how long it's been going since I first noticed it yesterday.  When I turned the rocker switch off, unplugged it, turn the rocker switch on, and plugged it back in, the old unit only showed one controller for awhile.  I'm now back to four, and I'm not sure where this spectre is coming from.  I have sent this 1602 controller in several times as it has issues in humidity.  However, it's been relegated to an indoor only unit, so I don't know if that would be the issue.  When I individually test the units with the Light Console, they function according to the unit numbers they're assigned.  The fourth unit does nothing.  I'm running LOR 4.4.16 Pro, on a virtual Windows 7 Pro computer, using an ELL on each controller and one on my computer.
